As christians, we even have a pledge to the christian flag and in vacation Bible schools we have our children say a pledge to the Bible.

Now, if we are truly a christian, then Jesus is our Savior. But it shouldn't stop there. We must make Him our LORD also. Now, since He is our Lord, who better to pledge allegiance to than Jesus Christ.

This is the pledge He gave to me to share with you.

I pledge allegiance to Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son.

For by the shedding of His blood, my sins are forever forgiven me.

And through His gift of salvation, I can now enter boldly

Into the presence of God.

Being blessed with every breath I take,

I now use every day to tell others of the joy and Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Through His power,

By His grace,

And for His glory, forever more.
